Head Coach Greg Dunne

Greg has been involved in the fitness industry since the mid 90s. He opened CrossFit Tua with Matt in October 2019 with the aim of building one of the best fitness communities around. He has a massive passion for CrossFit and health and fitness and gets a huge kick out of watching CrossFit Tua members grow and reach the goals they've set out in their CrossFit journey. Greg is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and has also completed several other CrossFit Courses including The Gymnastic Course and also the Precision Nutrition Level 1. His aim for 2025 is to complete the Crossfit Level 3 course.

Head Coach Matt Breslin

Matt is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and with the aim to continue to help our Crossfit community to grow and develop. Matt recently completed the Level 2 Burgener Weightlifting and The Gymnastic Course Level 1 qualifications to help further his coaching ability. Matt loves to compete in CrossFit and functional fitness competitions, especially with his fellow Tua members in a team.

Coach Dan McAllister

Dan is a CrossFit coach in Tua with just under a year of experience in CrossFit coaching. He's passionate about enhancing individuals' health and athletic abilities through functional fitness and he thrives on building a strong, supportive community of like-minded athletes. Dan holds a strength and conditioning certification and has recently completed The Gymnastic Course Level 1 certification, further expanding his skill set in helping others achieve their health & fitness goals.

Favourite movement: Handstand Push Up

Coach Mick Skelly

Mick is a CrossFit Level 1 and an official Hyrox coach. Having stumbled across CrossFit in late 2023 Mick can honestly say it's a sport that has changed his life. Mick loves tackling challenging workouts, with Mikkos Triangle and Murph being some of his favorites. Recently, he's developed a passion for the clean and jerk, appreciating its technical demands. Outside of coaching Mick really loves nothing more than pushing himself beyond his limits, be it in training or competing.

Coach Ciarán Dempsey

Ciarán is a CrossFit coach with a passion for health and fitness. He holds a Weightlifting Ireland Level 1, a Strength and Conditioning Diploma, a CrossFit Level 1 certification, and a CrossFit Gymnastics certification. These qualifications help him guide others in pushing their boundaries and achieving their goals.

Coach Adam Hughes

With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry Adam is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through functional fitness and CrossFit. He believes that fitness is not just about lifting weights or completing workouts, it's about building a supportive community, cultivating healthy habits, and fostering a mindset of resilience.

Adam discovered CrossFit 6 years ago when he was looking for a challenging exercise. The blend of strength, endurance, and skill-based workouts captured Adam's attention and transformed his approach to fitness. Adam has since dedicated his life to sharing that passion with others.

Coach Stephen Dallas

With a background in psychology and extensive CrossFit training, including L1 and advanced courses from Training Think Tank in programming, movement, and coaching, Stephen is dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential. His favourite movements are the Bar Muscle Up and Snatch, and Stephen loves to tackle “Karen with a twist” for a challenging workout. He's passionate about pushing people beyond their limits and creating an encouraging environment that fosters growth and improvement, no matter where someone starts. Stephen loves to bring energy to the gym with a 90s playlist mixed with trance and techno beats, making every session motivating and fun.
